Lynch performed the rehabilitation of runway 15-33 including milling and resurfacing of the runway, replacement of airport lighting system and regulator, runway grooving and pavement markings, and other incidentals neccesary to complete construction in accordance with FAA specifications and within 37 calendar day project schedule.
